Etch-R is an independent publication launched and managed by Anita Asirvadam (that's me..tadaa!).

Now, what's the idea behind Etch-R?

I love to write. And there are some topics that I am quite stirred by. I benefit by. Etch- R series is a platform that helps me write and share my experience, expertise plus research on these topics. Every reader will benefit from it, just as I did.

With Etch-R (pronounced as HR), we explore different perspectives on HR, HR Marketing, Organizational Psychology, B2B Writing, and Mental Wellness; All of which tie back to our head, heart, and home as we hustle- as a person, employee, leader, and/or customer.

And that's where we get our series name 'Etch', taking the 'H' from the head, heart, home, and hustle aspects that our lives revolve around. While the 'R' is the Resilience we need as juggle and align with the various 'Etch' experiences.

My name is Anita Asirvadam. I have about 14+ years of HR experience and an on-ground experience in Organizational Psychology and Coaching. I am a Certified NLP Coach, Organization Development Coach, and Leadership coach. I am also a professionally trained B2B writer.

I have developed content and facilitated training on various topics including leadership, emotional intelligence, and Anti-Bias sessions for Managers and above. Served as Strategic HR advisor and a B2B Content writer for HR and HR tech organizations, but not limited to only them.

My strong inclination toward people-related aspects in organizations and life, in general, led me to start this series of Etch-R.
